Peter Pan Public House - Eastern Avenue, Dogsthorpe.
I have fond memories of the Peter Pan pub in Dogsthorpe. I spent some of my childhood in that area. Back in the early 1980s the Peter Pan had an off license that also sold sweets. Many children popped into that part to load up on goodies! The Peter Pan never seemed to be a busy place which is maybe what led to it's closure and demolition in 2002. A small housing development called The Catkins now occupies the site.
