The Empire Theatre, situated next to the Odeon on Broadway, Peterborough – 1959. Shortly after, the theatre was demolished to make way for Sheltons Department store.

Probably wrong, but wasn’t the store originally called Fairways, before Sheltons? Or was that next door?
Fairways would have been on the left hand side.
Fairways is/was the shop next door to Eastern Cleaners
